disc with cleaning dough for 150 mm polishing plate removes paint or paint
mist, industrial deposits, rust film, dried tar and tree resins, insect
residues, deposits from acid rain, iron dust particles, brake dust, "paint
pimples" and much more from paint surfaces.
Also
suitable for glass such as windshields, headlight glasses, rims, tiles and
ceramics. Please do not use on foiled surfaces!
QUALITY:
Heavy -
gentle, but strong. That is the subtle difference to similar-looking polishing
discs.
APPLICATION:
-Professional
with a maximum speed of approx. 1000 rpm (our recommendation)
-The
optimal working temperature should be over 15 ° and not over 30 °
-The
surfaces to be treated must be cleaned beforehand (car wash)
-The pad is
easy to fix on the polishing plate with a Velcro surface.
- There
should always be a lubricating film between the pad and the paint!
-The pane
can simply be washed out in clear water.
-After
processing, the surface can be polished by machine or by hand.
NOTICE:
-CAUTION:
It is essential to use a suitable lubricant! The polishing pad should always be
extremely clean. Please do not drop it on the floor, otherwise dirt or sand
will stick to it.
